A Rose By Any Other Name...


Would taste as sweet! This was one of the assignments I had to complete in my third and final cake decorating class three years ago. Those roses were quite an undertaking, but the results were worth it! I think this could totally pass for a wedding cake!
2-tiered round with fondant buttercream
